What do I do?
What is earwax?
Earwax is completely natural, and enables your ears to be self-cleaning. Earwax protects your inner ears from irritation, germs and dust. So, most people don’t need to remove earwax because it is very useful. Earwax only becomes a problem when there is excessive build up or it becomes stuck in the ear canal.
How do we treat the problem?
Microsuction is the cleanest and safest way to remove excess earwax. It does not involve using water to remove the earwax, so it is much safer for people who might have an ear infection or a perforated eardrum.

Microsuction is much safer than trying to clear the earwax yourself, as using items such as cotton buds can push the earwax further into the ear canal possibly resulting in pain, discomfort and hearing loss.
